About Amar Lallh
Amar is a Speech-Language Pathologist and the owner of Talk Easy. She is registered with the College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Ontario and has over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience. She began her career in speech-language pathology by completing a research Master’s degree and publishing her study findings in the Journal of Speech, Language and Hearing Research.
Amar has focused much of her career on serving clients who stutter, and has been the regional stuttering services coordinator and a service provider in a large metropolitan speech and language program for both preschool and school age children who stutter.
Amar has held leadership positions in Ontario’s largest Children’s Treatment Centre, including being a Clinical Coordinator and Clinical Practice Lead (CPL) for the Preschool Speech and Language program. In the CPL role, she mentored and provided clinical education for other Speech-Language Pathologists. She also has many years of experience providing speech and language services for preschool and school aged children with a variety of clinical presentations. She is a clinician who works with clients and families to create functional and meaningful treatment outcomes.
